VIVESCIA Industries specialises in processing many different types of grain. Each of our business units is a company working in a specific sector, mainly in the B2B food industry. However, some of our companies also have brands that are well known by the general public: Francine flour and Campaillette bakeries in France, and Délifrance on international markets.

Milling
Grands Moulins de Paris represents the very best of France’s baking traditions. Artisan bakers, food industry companies and retailers have been choosing us as their milling partner since 1919. As well as working directly with the VIVESCIA Cooperative’s member-farmers, we’re also in touch with consumers thanks to our artisan bakeries, Campaillette and Copaline, and our iconic flour brand, Francine.

Frozen bakery
Since it was founded in 1978, Délifrance, has never stopped developing new bread, viennoiserie, patisserie and savoury products for foodservice professionals, retailers, and artisan bakers in more than 100 countries around the world. To meet the needs and satisfy the tastes of consumers at any time of day, we draw inspiration from French baking tradition and reconcile local and global flavours without ever forgetting that, through VIVESCIA, we have very deep roots in the earth…

Malting
Malteurop sells its malt to brewers and distillers on every continent who turn it into craft and classic beers, whiskies and more. That makes us one of the world’s three largest maltsters. A world-renowned player in the barley-malt-beer industry, we operate at every stage of the value chain, from the approval of new malting barley varieties to delivering malt to breweries. Thanks to our farming DNA, we are also able to contribute to the a vibrant and sustainable barley-malt-beer value chain by supporting the production of low carbon barley.
